  • Our Approach

ICONS provides instructors with a simple, yet powerful, way to bring active learning into their classrooms through online role-play simulations on complex issues.

Flexible.

ICONS simulations can be easily adapted to meet the needs of a variety of courses and schedules. Our online platform, ICONSnet, gives students the ability to participate at any time, from any location.

Engaging.

ICONS simulations address real-world issues, immersing participants in exciting and challenging roles as they navigate a negotiation together.

Participant driven.

Our online tools are designed to enhance and support the human-to-human negotiation that forms the core of each simulation. Participants do not play against a computer.

Empower students to become decision-makers by asking them to ”step into the shoes“ of key stakeholders in a problem and negotiate with each other to develop a collaborative solution.
