Ready to begin your journey with ICONS?

Registering for a simulation with ICONS is easy! Just browse our catalog, select a simulation, and complete our online registration form.

Completing your registration

During registration you will be asked to indicate:

• Selected Simulation
• Estimated Start Date
  By default, each simulation is considered active for 30 days after the estimated date. Time extensions are available by request.
• Estimated Number of Students
  If your final total is larger than your estimate, you can always purchase additional student login accounts later.
• Your Contact Information
• Your Payment Method
  Choose between two payment options: student pay or instructor pay. See pricing for details.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registration.

Accessing your simulation

When we set up your password-protected simulation (typically within one week of receiving your registration), we will send you an email with access information for you and your students. This includes:

An instructor login account for use in the simulation and the Faculty Area. You can access a simulation facilitator guide and a variety of instructional resources in the Faculty Area.

Details on how students create their individual usernames and passwords. Distribute these important simulation access instructions to your students and they will be ready to get started! (If you chose the student pay option, the instructions also explain how students will purchase their individual access via the online payment processing center.)
