Using its structure, we'll address both the conceptual and practical aspects of "putting a course online," answering the "what," "why," and "how" of several IT tools frequently used in education.
Beyond defining IT concepts and terms, we'll explore two specific applications: ICONSnet, the ICONS Project's own online simulation software, and Blackboard.comSM, a free online course management tool offered by Blackboard.
